Most supplement ranges treat gut, skin and energy as three separate shelves. They are one pathway. GUKIN was built to support it end to end, at clinical dose, with nothing hidden behind a blend.
Why we started
The question that started GUKIN was narrow: why do bloating, dull skin and flat afternoons so often arrive together? The answer, repeatedly, was upstream. A compromised intestinal barrier lets bacterial fragments into circulation. The low-grade inflammation that follows suppresses collagen synthesis, disrupts sleep architecture and drags on cellular energy. Three symptoms, one cause.
Almost nothing on the shelf was built for that. Gut products ignored skin. Skin products ignored the gut. Longevity products sold a single molecule as though it worked in isolation. So we built the range the way the biology actually runs — as a sequence, from absorption through to healthspan.
What functional longevity means
Lifespan is how long you live. Healthspan is how long you live well — without meaningful decline in energy, mobility, cognition or appearance. Across most populations the gap between the two runs to more than a decade.
Functional longevity is the work of closing that gap. Not chasing a number, but keeping the systems that decide how the next thirty years feel in good repair: barrier integrity, inflammatory tone, NAD+ availability, sleep quality, collagen turnover.
How we formulate
01 · Dose
Clinical dose, or nothing
An active at a fraction of its studied dose is decoration. Every ingredient in the range appears at the amount the research used, or it does not appear.
02 · Form
The form the body can use
Magnesium glycinate rather than oxide. Zinc L-carnosine rather than generic zinc. Bioavailability is not a detail — it is most of the result.
03 · Transparency
No proprietary blends
A blend is a way of hiding how little of something is present. Every label names each active and its milligram dose. Batch certificates are available on request.
04 · Testing
Third-party verified
Manufactured in GMP-certified facilities. Every batch is independently tested for identity, potency and heavy metals before it ships.
05 · Certification
Halal, always
Every formulation is halal-certified and free of porcine gelatin and alcohol. The gummies use pectin, which also makes them suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
06 · Climate
Built for this heat
Stability-tested to 40°C and packed with desiccant. A formula that degrades in a Karachi summer is not a formula, whatever the label claims.

DRAP registered facility
Produced in a facility registered with the Drug Regulatory Authority of Pakistan, under the same oversight applied to pharmaceutical manufacture. Registration numbers are printed on every carton.
Quality system
GMP certified
Good Manufacturing Practice certification covers batch traceability, cleanroom standards and process validation — the reason a jar bought in December matches one bought in June.
Suitability
Halal and vegan certified
No porcine gelatin, no alcohol, no animal-derived carriers. The gummies are set with fruit pectin rather than gelatin, which makes them suitable for vegetarians and vegans as formulated, not as an afterthought.
Sourcing
Imported actives
NMN, NAD+, trans-resveratrol, PDRN, zinc L-carnosine and magnesium glycinate are imported from established international suppliers with certificates of analysis per lot. We buy the form the research used, not the cheapest salt that shares a name.
Clinical
Dermatologically and clinically approved formulations
Topical formulations are dermatologically tested for irritation and compatibility before release. Ingredient doses across the range are set against published clinical ranges rather than label-friendly fractions.
Verification
Third-party lab tested
Every batch is independently assayed for identity, potency and heavy metals. Quote the batch number beside the expiry date and we will send that batch's certificate of analysis within two business days.
Certification covers how the products are made and what is in them. It is not a therapeutic claim — nothing in the range is intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent disease.
Where we are
GUKIN is a Pakistani brand, formulated and manufactured here. Karachi is home — head office, the DRAP-registered facility and domestic fulfilment, reaching Karachi, Lahore and Islamabad in one to three working days and other cities in two to five. We also ship to the UAE, and internationally on request.
The standard is international; the focus is domestic. Formulated to specification a laboratory anywhere would recognise, and priced for the people actually buying it here.
What we will not claim
No supplement stops ageing, and we will not tell you otherwise. What the evidence supports is narrower and still worth having: correcting a deficiency, restoring a declining precursor, reducing chronic inflammation. Sleep, protein, resistance training and sun protection remain the largest levers available to you. These formulations are built to support that work, not to replace it.
