What information do we collect?

Information you give us

We collect personal information you provide voluntarily — when you place an order, create an account, join our mailing list, take the Find Your Ritual quiz, leave a review or contact our team. Depending on what you do, this may include:

• Name
• Email address
• Phone number, including WhatsApp number
• Delivery and billing address
• Contact and marketing preferences
• Order history and product preferences

Payment data. Card and wallet details are captured and processed by our payment processors, not by us. We never see or store your full card number or CVV. For orders paid by bank transfer, Easypaisa or JazzCash we retain only the transaction reference needed to reconcile your payment.

Sensitive information. We do not ask for and do not knowingly process sensitive personal information such as health records, biometric data or government identifiers. If you volunteer health details in a support conversation, we use them only to answer your question and do not add them to your marketing profile.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, we collect certain technical information when you visit. This does not identify you by name. It includes IP address, browser and device type, operating system, language, referring URL, approximate country or city, and which pages you viewed and when. We use it to keep the site secure, diagnose faults, and understand which content is useful.

Information from other sources

We may receive limited information from advertising and analytics partners, social media platforms where you have interacted with our accounts, and couriers who confirm delivery. We combine this only with the record we already hold for you.

How do we use your information?

We process your information for these purposes, and no others without telling you first:

• To fulfil your order — taking payment, arranging delivery, issuing refunds, handling returns and exchanges.
• To communicate with you — order confirmations, dispatch and tracking notices, and replies to your questions.
• To send marketing you asked for — new product announcements, science briefings and offers, only where you have opted in. Every email carries an unsubscribe link.
• To improve the service — understanding which products and articles people find useful, and where the site is confusing or slow.
• To prevent fraud — verifying unusual orders and protecting against abuse of discount codes and cash-on-delivery.
• To meet legal obligations — tax and accounting records, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.

When and with whom do we share it?

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with parties who need it to do their job for us, and only to the extent needed:

• Couriers — your name, address and phone number, so they can deliver and call you if needed.
• Payment processors and banks — to take payment and issue refunds.
• Email and messaging providers — to send transactional and marketing messages.
• Analytics and hosting providers — to run and measure the website.
• Professional advisers and authorities — where we are legally required, or to establish or defend legal claims.

If GUKIN is ever merged, acquired or restructured, your information may transfer as part of that transaction. We would require the receiving party to honour this policy.

Do we use cookies?

Yes, in two ways. Essential cookies keep your cart and preferences working — without them the site cannot function. Analytics and advertising cookies help us understand traffic and measure campaigns. Most browsers accept cookies by default; you can block or delete them in your browser settings, though doing so may break the cart and saved preferences.

How long do we keep it?

Order and transaction records are kept for as long as tax and accounting law requires. Marketing contact details are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them. Support conversations are kept for two years. Technical logs are kept for a short period and then discarded or anonymised. When we no longer have a legitimate reason to hold your information, we delete or anonymise it.

How do we keep it safe?

The site runs over HTTPS, access to customer records is limited to staff who need it, and payment data never touches our systems. That said, no transmission over the internet can be guaranteed completely secure. We cannot promise that a determined attacker will never defeat our safeguards, and you should access the site from a network you trust.

Do we collect information from minors?

No. Our products are formulated for adults and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under eighteen. If you believe a minor has given us their information, write to info@gukinwell.comgukin.care@gmail.com and we will delete it.

What are your rights?

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:

• Ask what personal information we hold about you and receive a copy
• Have inaccurate information corrected
• Have your information deleted
• Withdraw consent for marketing at any time
• Object to particular uses of your information

To exercise any of these, email info@gukinwell.comgukin.care@gmail.com. We will respond within thirty days. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing that already lawfully took place, and we may retain limited records where law requires it or to prevent fraud.

To unsubscribe from marketing, use the link at the foot of any email, or write to us and we will remove you.

Do-not-track

Some browsers offer a Do-Not-Track setting. There is no agreed industry standard for how sites should respond to it, so we do not currently act on the signal. If a standard is adopted, we will follow it and update this page.

Do we update this policy?

Yes, as our practices or the law change. The date at the top of this page shows when it was last revised, and a revised policy takes effect as soon as it is published. If we make a material change we will say so prominently or notify you directly.
